Virginia Rolling Back COVID Restrictions
Gov. Northam announced further loosening of coronavirus-related restrictions on businesses and social gatherings starting May 15 with additional rollbacks likely in June. News Release
● Indoor sports/entertainment venues may expand capacity to 50% (from 30%) or 1000 (from 500)
● Outdoor venues may operate at 50 percent capacity
● Social gathering limits increase from 50 to 100 indoors and 100 to 250 outdoors
● Restaurants may sell alcohol after midnight
● Dining rooms may remain open between midnight and 5AM
● Bar seating is permitted with proper social distancing
● School performances, like musicals, may now take place
