By a vote of 5-0 on October 24, 2009, the Arlington County Board turned down the developer's request to re-zone residential housing in L.V. to build a hotel.  L.V. Executive Committee members Robb Winters and H.K. Park met individually with County Board members and presented our case to County officials.
